2. Is Safira.id an open marketplace?
No. Listings, profiles, products, and buyer requirements may be moderated. Access to sensitive information follows user roles and permissions.
3. How does a buyer submit a requirement?
Buyers can use the Post Requirement page and provide product, quantity, destination country, timeline, payment terms, specifications, and supporting documents. Submissions are reviewed before publication.
4. How does a supplier register?
Suppliers create an account, complete a company profile, upload documents, add products, and follow the verification process.
5. Can suppliers see buyer contact details?
Not automatically. Contact details and sensitive commercial information are protected and shared only when required within an approved workflow.
6. What does verified mean?
Verified means that certain data has been reviewed based on the information and documents available. It is not an absolute guarantee of every action or commercial obligation of a user.
7. How are quotations submitted?
Eligible suppliers can submit quotations containing price, MOQ, capacity, lead time, Incoterms, payment terms, and supporting documents.
8. Does Safira.id guarantee transactions?
No. Safira.id facilitates matching, documentation, and coordination. Decisions, contracts, payments, quality, and delivery remain the responsibility of the parties under their agreement.
9. How are data and documents protected?
Access is restricted according to role, permission, and process need. Users must still avoid uploading unnecessary or highly sensitive data.
