1. Platform scope
Safira.id is a curated B2B trade platform for buyer requirements, suppliers, products, verification, quotations, documentation, and transaction workflow support. Safira may moderate, approve, reject, restrict, or suspend access and content.
2. Accounts and access
- Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use accounts according to their roles.
- Accounts must not be transferred, shared without control, or used to impersonate another party.
- Safira may request additional verification or restrict features based on risk.
3. Data, documents, and content
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights of use, and updating of submitted data. Safira may remove or restrict content that is incomplete, misleading, unlawful, or risky.
4. Quotations and transactions
- Quotations, contracts, invoices, payments, inspections, and deliveries must be reviewed by the transacting parties.
- Platform status or recommendations do not replace commercial and legal due diligence.
- Final obligations follow the documents agreed by the parties.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Uploading false data, harmful files, manipulated documents, or illegal content.
- Collecting, distributing, or using sensitive data outside the process need.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, disrupt systems, perform unauthorized scraping, or misuse APIs.
6. Limitation of liability
Safira facilitates processes and does not guarantee purchase, sale, supplier performance, buyer capability, product quality, payment, customs clearance, or delivery unless stated in a separate written agreement.
